How it works
Choose one operation or mixed practice. The range controls both operands for addition, subtraction and multiplication. For division, it controls the divisor and quotient: the dividend is their product and may be outside the selected range. All division answers are whole numbers and zero is never used as a divisor. Subtraction answers are non-negative. Disable borrowing to require each top digit to be at least the corresponding bottom digit.
Activity settings
Set between one and forty questions and whole-number limits from zero to one hundred. The generator samples without repeating a question; reversed addition and multiplication pairs count as the same question. If a small range cannot supply enough distinct questions, you receive a clear error instead of duplicates. Mixed practice samples from a combined pool and does not promise equal numbers of each operation.
Example
Start with multiplication from 2 to 9 and twenty questions. Generate, check the student sheet, and open the answer key. Another version changes the version code while preserving your settings. The same code and settings reproduce the same questions and order. Print student and answer sheets separately; browser printing can also save a PDF. Grade labels are not assigned because learner readiness and curricula differ.
Assumptions and limitations
Review the activity before sharing with learners. Settings are saved in this browser. No student records are needed. Use your browser’s print dialog to print or save as PDF. Only the selected sheet is printed.
Frequently asked questions
Do the answers match the printed questions?
Yes. The student view and answer key use the same generated activity. Switching views does not change the questions or puzzle.
Can I recreate an earlier activity?
Use the same settings, vocabulary and version code. Only the most recent generated settings for each tool are saved automatically.
Are worksheets or student records uploaded?
No. Generation and browser storage are local. Printed name and date lines are blank; the app does not request student records.
